While we were hopeful that we would be able to run the 2020 Parks Half Marathon & Relay, it is simply no longer a possibility. Permits are currently not being issued and there remain no clear guidelines to guarantee a safe environment for all runners and volunteers during this pandemic, leaving us with no other responsible option but to cancel this year’s event.
On a brighter note, REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the 2020 **VIRTUAL** Parks Half Marathon, which will allow you to complete your 13.1 miles on your own in a socially distant and responsible manner. All participants in the virtual race will receive a “groovy” finishers medal and premium. Registration for the virtual half marathon is $25.
